Our design service for heating, ventilation and maintenance aims to specify needs and provide the most suitable equipment for the best engineered solution for any type of air conditioning application. We pride ourselves in providing solutions to the most difficult of installation situations.
After consultation to discuss your exact requirements and free on site survey, we can advise and recommend a variety of air conditioning and heat pump systems suitable for your business or home.
A full quotation package will be created for you, providing you with the best options for your needs enabling you to then make an informed choice of the most suitable air conditioning system for you.
We aim to provide the most efficient use of air conditioning ensuring optimum distribution of air flow is achieved in the area concerned.

We are pleased to be able to say we have provided installation of air conditioning units up and down the country with ease.
Once we have received your valued order to proceed with the installation you can relax in the knowledge that we will process your order and organise delivery and installation of your air conditioning system.
The process will be project managed by ourselves, keeping the customer informed at all times as communication and confirmation is key to the successful installation. With approved timescales and dates, preparation will be made to attend site and carry out installation work, with minimal disruption to you or your business.
Our highly experienced engineers are trained to CITB standard, they are F-Gas certified and fully skilled in health and safety.
We have over 20 years experience of air conditioning installation in retail outlets such as hair dressers and shops to large office blocks and factories; as well as residential premises, including our own.
| MAINTAIN |
We offer preventative planned maintenance contracts for all types of air conditioning, heat and ventilation systems which can be tailored to meet customer requirements.
All maintenance contracts are automatically renewed after 12 months. Cancellation of a contract would normally only be due to a premises closure. Recent legislation has come into effect making it compulsory to implement a regular servicing schedule for air conditioning units, in order to prevent the release of refrigerant gasses that contribute to global warming. As well as being environmentally responsible, a well maintained system will run more efficiently, keeping running costs low and preventing breakdowns.
Planned maintenance visits are scheduled into our maintenance programme and you will be advised of the dates of which the visit will take place to ensure mutual agreement of availability.
A planned maintenance visit will require one of our engineers to attend your premises, carry out a full visual inspection, clean and test your unit. A full report of any issues identified during the service will be created for your attention. Any repair work required will be quoted for your approval before work is carried out.
